We want you to be completely satisfied with your Club L London purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain items like jewelry and swimwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Return Process

  Generate Shipping Label

  Select your preferred carrier through the portal to download your pre-paid return label or generate a QR code for paperless drop-off.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
